Dial Trunnion Cell- robotic (DT)
TranTek Systems’ Dial Trunnion Cell (DT) series is engineered to support continuous robotic welding operations by enabling full 360° access to the active fixture while an operator simultaneously unloads and reloads the opposing fixture.
The dual station dial trunnion configuration minimizes robot idle time, reduces cycle times, and supports high volume production within a compact, space efficient footprint. This design is well suited for small to mid-sized component processing.
