TranTek Systems’ Bundle Loader (BL) Series is engineered to handle a wide range of material sizes and profiles, efficiently feeding and singulating parts from bulk bundles. Designed with modularity at its core, the BL Series provides customers with application flexibility while maintaining a cost-effective solution.
The BL Series consists of independently floor-mounted lifting towers mechanically linked by drive shafts and powered by a servo motor with a 90° thru-bore gearbox. Each tower can be positioned as needed to accommodate unique customer requirements or added to an existing system with minimal disruption. This modular, scalable design enables easy customization, future expansion, and reduced installation costs.
